We monitor your server or website uptime from multiple locations. We monitor all day, every day, all year. You don't need to change anything or provide us with any details other than the address of the server or website you want monitored and who you want informing when your server goes down. When we detect a problem we will immediately alert you by email and/or sms. You can then quickly fix the problem and minimise your downtime and customer complaints.

Signup

To start a 1 month free trial of our monitoring services simply create an account. Then setup your monitoring services using our control panel. You automatically receive the first months monitoring for free. Its the full live service, nothing added, nothing removed - its just free - so you can try our service with no risk and see if it meets your needs.

Configure

Once you've configured your monitoring services you will automatically receive notifications whenever your servers are unavailable. Alerts are colour coded for visual impact and include error details and diagnostic traces. You can also opt to receive daily, weekly and/or monthly reports detailing your server availability, connection times and transfer rates.

Once you have a world class monitoring service keeping watch over your web presence you can sleep easy knowing you'll be amongst the first to know rather than the last when your services stop working.

Review

Use our online reports to review the performance of your web services. View availability, outages and alerts sent. Display and compare performance graphs for a day, a week or a month.

A Full Month Trial Period

By using our free trial for a full month you get chance to review our services over a reasonable period and see how useful our daily, weekly and monthly reports are. If you have any outages you'll be able to see how accurate and fast our alerts are and how useful our diagnostic traces are.

No Obligation

At any point during the trial simply contact us to cancel your free trial. It is as simple as that - no strings - no obligation. We won't chase you for business or email you other than to deliver the service you are trying.

Full Service

The free trial is exactly the same as the live service except you don't pay. If you decide to be come a customer then you just make a payment. If you decide its not for you then just let your account expire and thats an end to it.

SMS Messages

We provide 10 sms messages to get you started. If you need more during your free trial you can purchase more at a cost of 10p each (minimum purchase £5). We will remind you via email and sms to top up your credits when your account is low.
